ROSEVILLE story begins in 2014, when Olga Barinova, the company’s CEO and founder decided to give her love of retro aesthetics a new life in the form of a fashion brand. Being a devoted collector of old fashion magazines and books from flea markets and vintage all around the world, Olga realized that retro fashion deserves a chance to be represented in a contemporary way.
ROSEVILLE is well known in the industry with numerous features in most prominent press. In 2016 we were nominated for GLAMOUR magazine’s “Designer of the year” award as part of “Woman of the Year” ceremony.
The brand started off by reimagining traditional retro silhouettes with contemporary cuts, fabrics and designs. Since the very beginning, ROSEVILLE has been committed to building a sustainable business: we use high quality European fabrics produced in ethical way, our team and factory workers are ensured to have pleasant working conditions and fair wages, we minimize our stock due to creating timeless pieces that can be worn season after season. In 2020 we are taking our sustainability to a new level by introducing an upcycling initiative featuring past collections’ stock and use our last season fabrics to produce uniform for retirement homes facility staff as a charity initiative.
